An accident on I-75, Thursday, resulted in the discovery of marijuana growing near the interstate.
Trooper First Class Don Trosper, Public Affairs Officer of the London Post, said officers responded to a report of a two vehicle injury accident near the 69 mile marker in Rockcastle County.
While investigating the accident, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officers discovered that one of the vehicles involved came to rest in a marijuana plot.
The officers cut-down three marijuana plants.
No arrests were made in connection with the discovery.
