A domestic dispute resulted in police discovering more than 20 marijuana plants growing in the Hinkle community of Knox County.
According to Knox County Chief Deputy Derek Eubanks, Sheriff John Pickard and deputies, Monday, responded to Ancient Springs Drive off of Paynes Creek, to investigate a report of a domestic dispute between a mother and son.
When police arrived, the son, Michael Miller, apparently had left the residence.
After further investigation, it was determined that the dispute was over Miller allegedly growing marijuana around the residence. Police sized 22 plants.
The investigation is ongoing. No arrest has been made in connection with the discovery.
