Two children were found in the presence of a methamphetamine lab, Monday, in the Page Cutoff community of Bell County.
Bell County Sheriff Bruce Bennett said officers received an anonymous tip relating to a possible meth lab. Following a joint investigation by the Middlesboro Police and Bell County Sheriff’s Department an active meth lab was discovered.
Larry Scott, age 42, Jacob Lefevers, age 32 and Cynthia Miracle, age 39 were arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, controlled substance endangerment of a minor, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Two small children, who were present during the incident, were taken to a hospital for treatment, then placed in the custody of social services.
The investigation is continuing.
