An investigation is underway into a shooting incident that occurred last night at a residence on Mays Street in Barbourville.
Michael Mills is at the U.T. Medical Center in stable condition after sustaining a gunshot wound in the chest. The incident occurred at the home of Mill’s ex-wife. Barbourville police Detective Mike Broughton said that nothing has been ruled out at this point in the investigation, but says no charges are expected.
