A Somerset man was arrested in connection with stolen lottery tickets.
Pulaski County Sheriff Todd Wood said that the manager of D&D Market reported to police that an employee of the store was observed allegedly taking lottery tickets without paying for them and concealing them in his pants.
Reportedly, Deputy Steve Molen found the employee, Nicholas A. Jones, age 27, of Somerset, in the ladies bathroom of the store scratching off the tickets.
Jones was arrested and charged with 3 counts of Lottery Ticket Altering, and was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
